ABOUT COACH

Rekha Singh is a noted fitness trainer. A black-belt in marshal art, She also specialises in Yoga, Aerobics, Zumba and Weight-training.

Rekha has won many gold medals in national and international martial arts competitions. She has taught yoga in colleges, has trained NCC cadets in self-defence. Besides, she has also been a weapons training instructor.

She believes that health is the most important aspect of one’s life. And a regular workout makes people strong–physically, mentally and psychologically. Driven by this belief, she founded ‘Always B Fit ’ studio in 2016.

Rekha  brings contagious energy to her every class. She experiments with workout regimens to break the monotony and make fitness a fun pursuit. She knows what workout works best for an individual.

Rekha believes that a balanced diet , not crash diet, is key to achieving a fitness goal.

Her mantra is simple– eat well, live active. And be fit always!
